1. Saute the onions until golden brown.
2. Puree the tomatoes and basil together in a mixy.
3. Add garlic, tomato puree, mushrooms and cook until soft.
4. Add the boiled lentils and spices. Cook for 5 minutes. Add a little water as needed.
5. Once this gravy is ready, serve in a bowl on top of cooked spaghetti.
6. Sprinkle extra pepper, oregano as needed.
